Great location and staff! Room service could be improved.
Location and views from the suites were impeccable. Slept with the balcony doors open and enjoyed the sounds of the waves and rain. It was perfect.

Well placed hotel on the promenade
Brilliant location in terms of being on the promenade and access to T2 tram services. Local tram station St Helené is 4 mins walk away. Bright, clean hotel. Good choice at breakfast.
Bar downstairs was poorly attended by staff. Had to wait for ages for someone to serve you. Although there were e-scooters in reception, they had been locked overnight by the night staff. We gave up in the end, attempting several times to unlock them so we could use them on the promenade. Staff weren't overly helpful trying to facilitate us using them.
